FRANKLIN, Mass. – After an impressive campaign in Myrtle Beach, Dean College baseball senior
Domenic Brazeau (Warwick, R.I.) has become the program's all-time leader in strikeouts. He is also the first player in program history since joining the NCAA to reach 100 career strikeouts.
Brazeau has already gotten off to a red-hot start in the 2026 season. In three total appearances, Brazeau tossed 16 and one third innings, allowing 17 hits and nine total strikeouts. Brazeau also holds a 1.47 WHIP through his trio of outings.
In the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC), Brazeau ranks amongst the top 25 in strikeouts. He also ranks in the top 10 for WHIP.
Most recently, the senior captain pitched five and two thirds innings against Westminster (Pa.) last Friday. In that stint, he allowed zero earned runs and just three hits, collecting the winning decision in extra innings.
In his four-year career with the Bulldogs, Brazeau has thrown over 120 innings in 32 appearances. He has struck out a total of 104 batters, nearly 25 percent of the total batters he has faced in his career. Brazeau holds a career WHIP of 1.27.
Brazeau and the Bulldogs return to action on Wednesday, March 18
