Winthrop, MA- The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) has announced the playoff bracket & schedules for both Dean College men's lacrosse and Dean College women's lacrosse. Both teams will complete in the GNAC Quarter Final round this Saturday, April 26th, on the road.

The women's lacrosse team officially earned their first playoff birth and .500 record since 2023. With an 8-8 overall record, including a 5-2 record in the GNAC South Division, the Bulldogs clinched the #3 seed in the tournament. Therefore, the till will travel to Norwich University this Saturday for a 1:00PM start. The Bulldogs hosted Norwich earlier this season, falling 15-10 in a closely contested battle. With eyes on the prize, Dean will look to clinch their first playoff victory in program history.

On the other side, the men's lacrosse team earned their fourth consecutive playoff birth since the COVID-19 pandemic. With a 12-3 overall record, including a 6-3 record in the conference, the team clinched the #3 seed in the GNAC South Division. Therefore, they will travel this Saturday for a dance with #2 seeded Emmanuel College at 12:00PM. The Bulldogs did not play Emmanuel in the regular season. However, they hold a 3-3 all-time record versus the Saints, including a 13-9 victory from March of 2024. Dean will look to repeat their success from last season, making it all the way to the GNAC Championship Game for the first time in program history.
