Franklin, MA- The Dean College Department of Athletics & Recreation is please to recognize Jordan Ellis (Bridgeport, CT) of women's basketball and Christian Yeates (Atlanta, GA) of men's basketball as this week's Bulldogs of the Week.

Ellis, earning her first Bulldog of the Week distinction, had a career week for the Bulldogs. In their pre-thanksgiving victory over Fitchburg State, Ellis posted her second collegiate double double. She scored 10 points with a career-high 13 rebounds. Ellis would also score an assist and four steals in the win.  

On the season, Ellis is averaging just over five points per game along with 47 total rebounds. She ranks just outside the top 10 in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) rebounds per game (6.8).

On the men's side, Yeates continued his impressive run to open the 2025-26 season. In Dean's 80-75 victory over the University of New England, Yeates scored 18 points, leading the Bulldogs in scoring. He also posted an assist, eight rebounds, and two steals.

On the season, Yeates already has 119 total points, 43 rebounds, and 15 steals. His 17 points per game is amongst the top 10 in the GNAC.
