Women's Basketball Sets New NCAA Program Record in Monumental Win Over Fisher, 109-30

Franklin, MA- The Dean College Women's Basketball team set a new program record on Sunday afternoon, scoring their most points in a single NCAA game. The Bulldogs would take down Fisher College by a final score of 109-30 and improve to 4-6 this season. While, the Falcons dropped to 0-9.

Noteworthy Marks:
-Dean's 109 points is their highest point total since the 2015-16 season while they were core members of the United State Colliegiate Athletics Assocation (USCAA). They scored 116 points in their victory over Quinisigamond Community College. The 109 points scored on Sunday afternoon is their highest point total since joining the NCAA. 

How it Happened:
-The Bulldogs would dominate through the entirety of the first quarter, leading by a staggering score of 35-1. In fact, Dean would go on a 30-0 run to open the contest. Abgail Lacy (Arroyo Grande, CA0 would grab the first points of her eventual double-double performance, followed by strong action from guard Azaria Landry (Lacey, WA). 
-Fisher wouldn't see their first point of the game until 90 seconds of the opening quarter. Doha Marboah would draw the foul on Kenzie Sherburne (Durham, NY), eventually converting on one of her two free throw attempts.
Dean would continue their dominance in the second quarter, outscoring the Falcons 29-11. Lacy would lead scoring in this frame, producing an additional 12 points with three defensive rebounds. Forward Domineek Butler (San Bernadino, CA) would also had a solid quarter, scoring eight points. 
-At the half, Dean led by a score of 64-12, their highest scoring differential of the season so far.
-Through the third quarter, Dean once again scored at an exponential rate. However, Fisher maintained balanced scoring, scoring 11 points in back-to-back quarters. Kenuelys Valasquez scored nine points in the quarter for the Falcons, contributibng to her 21 points overall. 
-On Dean's side, Landry and Kendrah Doane (New Salem, MA) led third quarter scoring with six points each. Both Lacy and Jordan Ellis (Bridgeport, CT) also posted four rebounds each. 
-The Bulldogs would put a stamp on their victory in the fourth quarter, producing an additional 22 points. They would win by an astounding 109-30 final score.

-Lacy DOUBLE-DOUBLE (26 Points, 10 Rebounds, 3 Assists, 3 Steals)
-Butler DOUBLE-DOUBLE (20 Points, 13 Rebounds (11 Defensive), 2 Blocks)
-Ellis DOUBLE-DOUBLE (16 Points, 10 Steals, 7 Assists, 8 Rebounds)
-Landry (21 Points, 6 Assists, 8 rebounds (7 Offensive), 2 Steals)
-Sherburne (17 Points, 6 Assists, 7 Rebounds, 3 Steals)
