Franklin, MA- Men's lacrosse senior
Diego Alvarez-Segee (Saugus, MA) has become the first player in Dean College men's lacrosse history to score 300 career points.
Alvarez-Segee, now in his fifth year at Dean, has had a career for the records books. He currently holds 313 total points in his career. Not only is this the most all-time by a Dean men's lacrosse player, but he now moves into top-three points, all-time, by any men's lacrosse player in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC).
The attackman led all GNAC players in his category last season with 91 total points. He also leads the pack this season, currently with 19.
Alvarez-Segee is currently on-pace to be top-40, all-time, in points within NCAA Division III men's lacrosse. He currently sits top-30 all-time in points per game (approx. 5.31) and top-15 in goals per game (3.77). He is also tied for the all-time fastest goal ever recorded at the Division III level (:03).
Diego and the Bulldogs will look to continue their winning ways on Wednesday, traveling to Thomas College in Maine for a non-conference matchup. For more information on Alvarez-Segee and the men's lacrosse program, visit
