Buzzards Bay, MA- Both Dean College cross country teams competed in the Travis J. Fuller Invitational on Saturday afternoon. The men's team finished in third place of five teams, while the women finished three total runners in the race. 

How it Happened:
-The men's team finished a total of seven runners, with the highest finish being 17th place. Brandon Fitzsimmons (Chappaqua, NY) had the fastest time, clocking in a 34:45.3 in the 8K. Daniel Duggan finished closely behind in 19th. He clocked in a time of 34:51.9. 
-Two runners for the men's team finished in the top-20, two in the top 30, and all within the top-40 of the race.
-On the women's side, three runners closed the finish line for Dean. All three runners were also in the top 15 of the women's 5K.
-Isabella Nitschke (Watertown, MA) was the fastest runner for Dean. She clocked in a time of 30:07.5. Katherine Moody (Charlestown, MA) finished second for the Bulldogs at 30:34.5. Helen Sanford (Deerfield, MA) ended the race with a 31:22.6.
