Groton, CT - Senior Matt Brangiforte (Wrentham, MA) recorded the best overall round as the Dean College golf team finished in 2nd place at the Mitchell College Invitational.

How It Happened:
-After the end of the day, the Bulldogs finished with a final score of 338, finishing 17 under the courses five-player par score of 355. Their second place finish finished ten strokes behind WestConn, who shot a 328. Mitchell College finished in third place with a score of 375.
-Brangiforte finished the afternoon with the match's best overall score. His 78, seven over par, was one of his best scores of the 2025 calendar year. Benjamin Godburn (Montville, CT) finished second on the team, shooting an 85.
