Geoff Lerner and Head Coach Kaitlyn Daly are pleased to announce the hiring of
Nina Medeiros as Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach.
Coach Medeiros enters her first season as the Assistant Coach. She returns to the Bulldogs program, where she was a decorated student-athlete and team captain.
A 2025 Dean College graduate, Medeiros was a four-year starter and two-year captain for the Bulldogs. She finished her career as the program's all-time leader in ground balls (232), caused turnovers (104), and draw controls (332). She totaled an impressive 127 career points, including 102 goals and 25 assists. Medeiros also ranked among the top 25 players in NCAA Division III for draw controls per game during the 2024 season.
Medeiros continues to compete internationally as a member of the Portugal Women's National Team, recently representing her heritage at the 2025 Heritage Cup in Boston.
Before joining the Bulldogs' coaching staff, Medeiros coached with the Fairhaven High School Girls' Lacrosse Program and GameBreaker Lacrosse Camps. There, she continued to give back to the next generation of student-athletes while aiding in the national growth of lacrosse.
A native of Fairhaven, Massachusetts, Medeiros graduated Magna Cum Laude from Dean College with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Minor in Business Administration. While at Dean, she was also a member and captain of the women's soccer team, served as President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and represented the College on the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Commissioner's Council.
