Contact With The Coaching Staff
- Email and telephone contact can be made with a coach at any point in time during the recruiting process. Phone calls must be for recruitment purposes.
- However, per NCAA Bylaw, in-person off-campus contact cannot be made with a PSA or the relatives or guardian(s) until the PSA has completed their sophomore year of high school.
- An exception to this is when the PSA is on a campus visit. The PSA may have contact with the coaching staff.
Campus Visits
- Official Visit: Per NCAA, an institution may finance in whole or part one visit to its campus for a prospective student-athlete. The PSA can conduct an overnight stay at the institution. An official visit shall not exceed 48 hours.
- Unofficial Visit: Per NCAA, the PSA's visit is at the expense of the PSA. The PSA may visit the institution an unlimited number of times at his or her own expense.
- If you would like to schedule a visit with a coach, please contact the coach and admissions in a timely manner. This allows the coach to plan and coordinate with admissions and all other necessary on-campus personnel.
