FRANKLIN, Mass. – The Dean College men's soccer team scored a pair of goals on Thursday afternoon, finishing with a 2-2 draw against Curry College. With the draw, Dean moves to 0-1-1 on the year, while the Colonels slide to 1-0-1.
How it Happened:
-Curry quickly took to the attack, rattling two shots on goalkeeper

-Shortly after, Dean found their first response of the match.

-The Bulldogs were not done there. Seven minutes later,
Nate Beturne (Ellington, Conn.) converted on an indirect free kick. His blast from outside the box snuck behind the post, giving Dean a 2-0 advantage.
-The first half concluded with three consecutive yellow cards, two of which belonged to Curry. However, the Bulldogs still held their 2-0 lead.
-Curry clawed their way back throughout the latter half of the match. In the 60
th minute, Aiden Curry drew a penalty shot, eventually converting on his chance. Curry now trailed by just one goal.
-The Bulldogs continued to charge forward and keep the pressure on Curry. First-year
Joon Rich (Seattle, Wash.) led the way with two strong chances, but both were saved by Morales.
-With their backs against the wall, the Colonels found their answer in the 84
th minute. Ryan Koster broke from multiple defenders, eventually burying a shot past Amaral to tie the match.
