Winthrop, MA- The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) has announced that 102 Dean student-athletes have been named to the Academic All-Conference roster. A total of 1,528 athletes were recognized throughout the entire conference & its associated members, the second-highest total in its history.
The Bulldogs had all 16 varsity programs represented on the roster, with seven athletes designated as "multi-sport."
This is the second-highest total Dean has accumulated since joining the GNAC. Last season, the Bulldogs had a record 106 students represented. They also had 95 honored in 2023, 82 in 2022, and 82 in 2021.
Baseball led the way for Dean with 17 athletes represented. Both men's and women's soccer followed closely behind, having 12 athletes each.
To be eligible for academic all-conference, a student-athlete must maintain a 3.25 cumulative GPA and have completed second-year academic status.
