FRANKLIN, Mass.- First-year
Emily Yazzetti (Mahopac, N.Y.) recorded three goals, and the Dean Bulldogs dominated the Elms College Blazers for a program record eight goals in an 8-1 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) victory Tuesday afternoon at Grant Field.
The Bulldogs wasted little time jumping out to a lead. Halfway through the opening frame, Dean broke open a scoreless game with three goals over the span of three minutes. Sophomore
Emily Kilpatrick (Marion, Mass.) accounted for two of the goals, both assisted by Yazzetti, while fellow sophomore
Shea Cassani (Belgrade, Maine) contributed the other, scoring off a rebound. Kilpatrick's goals were her firsts of of the season.

Jaydyn Crowell (Bordentown, N.J.) scored back-to-back in the second period, pushing the Bulldogs lead to 5-0. Crowell's goal was her her first collegiate tally. Later in the second,
Ella Belanger (Worcester, Mass.) added to the Bulldogs advantage, assisted by junior captain
Sydnee Ramos (New Bedford, Mass.). Yazzetti tacked on another right before the half, and then one more in the second half for the final score.
Dean's eight goals set a program high.The Bulldogs previous record for goals in a game was six on September 7th, 2024 vs Maine-Farmington. Yazzetti's eight points were also a career high and a program record. She now has 14 goals and four assists on the season, accounting for 32 points, fourth best in the GNAC.
The Bulldogs (6-7, 3-4 GNAC) return to action when they travel to Regis on Saturday for a matchup with the Pride. Elms (0-11, 0-7 GNAC) travels to Boston on Saturday for a date with the Simmons Sharks.
