FRANKLIN, Mass. – September 23, 2023 – The Dean College men's soccer team picked up their third straight 1-0 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) victory with Saturday's win over Rivier at the Longley Athletic Complex.

The Bulldogs (5-2-1, 3-2-1 GNAC) host Mitchell on Wednesday at 3 p.m. Rivier (1-4-3, 1-3-2 GNAC) returns home to host Colby-Sawyer on Wednesday at 5 p.m.

The lone goal of the game came in the 61st minute when Dean senior Shavar Champagnie (West Yarmouth, Mass.) beat the Rivier keeper with his second goal of the season.

Dean senior goalie Alberto Gonzalez Del Rio (Madrid, Spain) improves to 4-0 with three shutouts. He made four saves in today's victory. Senior keeper Dominic Cunha (Peabody, Mass.) suffered the loss with four saves.

The Bulldogs outshot Rivier 14-8 and had a 13-5 margin in corner kicks.
