FRANKLIN, Mass. – October 28, 2023 – The Dean College women's volleyball team fell to Clark 3-1 (25-12, 20-25, 25-16, 25-12) before defeating Massachusetts Maritime 3-0 (25-18, 25-15, 25-16) to split a home tri-match on Saturday.
Clark swept the Buccaneers 3-0 in the middle match by scores of 25-9, 25-14 and 25-14.
Dean (7-21) remains home on Wednesday to host conference foe Anna Maria at 6 p.m. Clark (15-11) travels to Mount Holyoke on Tuesday to resume NEWMAC competition. Mass. Maritime (4-19) plays at Fisher on Thursday.

Sari Albury (Nassau, Bahamas) led the Dean attack with eight kills on .333 hitting. She added four blocks. First-years
Deanna Dice (Grants Pass, Ore.) and
Chloe DeMaio (Medfield, Mass.) each finished with six kills and no errors. DeMaio hit .667 and had two solo blocks, while Dice hit .316. Sophomore
Skylar Raskevitz (Easthampton, Mass.) led all players with 17 digs. Sophomore
Carly Rettberg (Haddam, Conn.) ran the offense with 16 assists.

First-year
Olivia Mackinnon (Plymouth, Mass.) posted a career-high 10 kills on .500 hitting to lead the Bulldogs in the 3-0 victory. She registered the double-double with a match best 12 digs. Albury hit .500 with seven kills, four blocks and three aces, while DeMaio hit .625 with five kills.
Skylar Raskevitz added 10 digs.
