FRANKLIN, Mass. – October 19, 2022 – The Dean College women's soccer team was clipped by Albertus Magnus, 1-0, in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) action at Lippert Field Wednesday afternoon.

Dean (2-9-3, 1-8-2 GNAC) will celebrate senior day on Saturday with a 1 p.m. home match against Simmons. Albertus Magnus (7-4-4, 5-3-3 GNAC) travels to Norwich on Saturday for a 4 p.m. contest against the Cadets.

The game's lone goal came in the 23rd minute off the foot of senior Keegan Riccio (West Haven, Conn.). The goal was Riccio's second of the season.

Sophomore Haley Gaunt (Johnston, R.I.) finished with seven saves for the Bulldogs. Freshman Amy Stevens (Lincoln, R.I.) earned the clean sheet with four saves for the Falcons.

The Falcons finished the match with a 24-6 margin in shots (8-4 on target) and a 4-2 edge in corner kicks.

Sophomore Jazlyn Estrella (Coventry, R.I.) led Dean with a couple of shots on goal.
