Brittany Tierney scored five goals to lead host New England College to an 11-0 win over Dean College in New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) field hockey action on Wednesday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
In addition to Tierney's goals, the Pilgrims got two goals and two assists from Leah Foster and a goal and three assists from Neve Demarest and two more assists from Lilli McCormack.

Alexis Masse (Woonsocket, R.I.) recorded her fifth game this season with 20 saves or more, finishing with 26 stops.

Jordyn McKenney (Nashua, N.H.) had the Bulldogs' lone shot of the contest.
