In addition to her coaching responsibilities, Coach Bezio is also the Advisor to Dean's chapter of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, overseeing countless athletes and their efforts to give back to the community.

Coach Bezio's roots to Dean stretch far. Prior to being a coach, she was a star three-sport athlete, participating in women's soccer, basketball, and lacrosse. In soccer, Bezio was a four-year defender under current Associate Director of Athletics, Ashley Magruda-Wood. She started all 64 games of her career, eclipsing 5,700 minutes played. She was a two-time captain, 2019 Team MVP, and 2023 Coach's Award winner.

Bezio was a three-year starter for the women's basketball program, eventually being named captain for two consecutive seasons. Her hard work and passion continued on the court, starting in 41 of the 49 games she played in.

In women's lacrosse, Bezio shined amongst the conference. As a four-year midfielder, she started in all 39 games under Coach Magruda-Wood. She was named a two-time captain and a 2021 GNAC All-Sportsmanship team member. During her career, Bezio would reach 52 career points (30 goals, 22 assists), 72 ground balls, 43 caused turnovers, and 48 draw controls. Her versatility also helped Dean reach the GNAC playoffs in 2023.

Throughout her playing career, Coach Bezio was a four-time GNAC Academic All-Conference selection, two-time CSC Academic All-District selection, two-time IWLCA Academic Honor Roll selection, and a member of four collegiate honors societies (Phi Eta Sigma, NSLS, Golden Key, Chi Alpha Sigma).

Coach Bezio is a 2023 graduate of Dean with degrees in psychology and sociology. She also graduated with Honors Scholar distinction.
