Kaitlyn Daly enters her first season as the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Dean College with a passion for the game and a wealth of experience as both a player and coach. She is dedicated to building a positive, competitive, and supportive environment where student-athletes can thrive on and off the field.
From 2023–2025, Kaitlyn served as the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Thomas College, where she led the program with a focus on growth, culture, and player development. Under her leadership, the team’s goalie ranked among the top three in Division III for average save percentage at one point in the season.
Before moving to the collegiate level, Kaitlyn was the Head Coach at Lawrence High School, where she focused on skill development and teaching the fundamentals of the game to young athletes.
As a student-athlete, Kaitlyn played Division II lacrosse at Franklin Pierce University in the highly competitive NE-10 Conference. A four-year starter and senior-year captain, she recorded 43 career goals, 20 assists, and maintained an impressive .829 shot-on-goal percentage while earning her degree in K–6 Education.
Originally from Hudson Valley, New York, Kaitlyn attended Millbrook High School, where she set the girls’ lacrosse scoring record with 207 career goals, was named a two-time All-American, captained her team, and was recently inducted into the school’s Hall of Fame for basketball.
