Joe Dincecco enters his first season as Head Coach of Dean's men's soccer program. He was hired prior to the 2026 season.

Coach Dincecco officially makes his return to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) after three seasons with Anna Maria College. Last season, Dincecco helped the AmCats secure three wins in the MASCAC, totaling a 3-3-2 record and postseason berth within the conference. In their final season with the GNAC in 2024, the AmCats finished with a 7-5-2 record and earned a berth into the GNAC postseason tournament.

"I am grateful to become a member of the Dean College community, and for the support of Geoff Lerner, Ashley Magruda-Wood, and all those involved throughout this process. I am ready to get to work with our student-athletes," Coach Dincecco expressed.

Prior to Anna Maria, Dincecco served as an Assistant Coach with Division I University of New Hampshire. The Wildcats set new records for wins (17) and winning percentage (.857) during the 2021 season. For their efforts, Dincecco and the rest of the staff were named the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Staff of the Year and the America East Conference Staff of the Year.

Coach Dincecco also has head coaching experience prior to Anna Maria. During the 2019 season, he served at the helm of NAIA Friends University in Wichita, Kansas. The Falcons finished with an impressive 17-3-1 record and earned a spot in the KCAC postseason tournament.

After making their way to the KCAC Championship, Coach Dincecco and the Falcons defeated the no. 8 ranked and top-seeded Oklahoma Wesleyan University. They then earned a berth into the NAIA National Tournament for the first time in program history.

Coach Dincecco also has assistant coaching experience with the University of South Florida, Florida Gulf Coast University, and Manhattanville University. Under his supervision, Coach Dincecco has had countless players named All-Conference and drafted into Major League Soccer (MLS).

Dincecco earned his bachelor's degree in business management while playing Division I soccer at the University of Richmond. He earned his master's in Sports Business Management from Manhattanville University.
