Tom Keane was named Offensive Coordinator and Assistant Head Coach in March of 2022. 

Keane comes to Franklin after a season at Louisiana Christian University located in Pineville, Louisiana. He was the Wide Receivers Coach and Director of Football Operations. 

He was previously at Alderson Broaddus University in Philippi, West Virginia. Keane spent time as the Special Teams Coordinator and worked with the wide receivers and safeties. 

Prior to AB, Keane spent a season as a Special Teams Analyst at the University of Massachusetts. He also worked the 2017 season at Division II West Virginia Wesleyan College with the running backs, tight ends, inside wide receivers and special teams.

In 2016, Keane spent a season at Florida Atlantic in a quality control position working with the tight ends and special teams. He worked with running backs during the 2015 season at Colgate. In 2014, Keane worked with the wide receivers at Countryside High School in Clearwater, Florida. 

Keane is a 2007 graduate of Washington & Jefferson College where he played four seasons at wide receiver for the Division III Presidents. During his career, the Presidents amassed a record of 40-7 including two conference titles and three NCAA Playoff appearances. 

Keane's grandfather was a letter winner at Ohio State University and West Virginia before becoming a 1948 draft pick of the LA Rams. After his playing days, Keane's grandfather spent more than 20 years coaching in the NFL, spending the majority of the time with the Miami Dolphins, winning two Super Bowls including the 1972 team which finished 17-0.

Tom’s great uncle, Jim Keane, also played in the NFL and still holds the Chicago Bears' record for catches in a single game.
