Jolane Thibault

Thibault enters her first season on the field hockey coaching staff in 2019.

In her role, she will assist in all facets of the program, including student-athlete recruitment and retention, practice preparation and student-athlete development.

Thibault enters the world of coaching following a dynamic career at fellow Division III institution, Worcester State University. While with the Lancers, she served as team captain in her senior season (2017) and was part of two teams that won consecutive Little East Conference regular season championships.

Overall, Thibault appeared in 67 career contests, making 40 starts and finished with 49 career points (19 goals, 11 assists).

In addition to her exploits on the field, Thibault excelled in the classroom, earning Massachusetts Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Honor Roll accolades for four seasons, was also a three-year member of the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III National Academic Squad and was also a member of Chi Alpha Sigma, nonprofit organization that was established to recognize college student-athletes who excel both on and off the field of competition.

A cum laude graduate of Worcester State in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in public health with minors in French and psychology, Thibault is currently pursuing a second bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University in Boston in nursing.
