Endy Morales enters his 3rd season with the Bulldogs, serving as the Head Baseball Coach and Athletic Facilities Manager. He was named Head Coach of the Bulldogs in the summer of 2023.
Morales joined the Dean family after coaching the 2023 season at Amherst College where he worked with the pitching staff and assisted in recruiting. In the 2022 season, Morales was an assistant at Western New England University. Prior to that, Morales served as a volunteer pitching coach at Elms College for the 2021 season.
In Morales's first season, the bulldogs eclipsed double digit wins (12) for the first time since becoming DIII. The offense nearly doubled their production in a few categories from the season before; Homeruns (13), Stolen Bases (53), and the scored 30 more runs. The last 17 games of the season, the Bulldogs hit .310 as a team and brought the offensive average from .205 to .269. On the mound, the pitching staff struck out 20 more batters (207) than the season before.
Before his coaching career, Morales was a starting pitcher at Southern New Hampshire University. He posted a 3.13 ERA in 24 appearances and went 11-4. Prior to SNHU, Morales spent two years at West Virginia University. He made six appearances in his freshman season.
Morales is no stranger to baseball in Massachusetts. In high school, he was ranked the number one right-handed pitcher (RHP) in Massachusetts for the 2015 class. He also pitched three seasons with the Valley Blue Sox in the New England Collegiate Baseball League (NECBL), located in his hometown, Holyoke. In 2018, he won the best starting pitcher award in the NECBL and recently had his jersey number retired in summer of 2023.
Morales recently accepted the Manager position for the Valley Blue Sox and will begin captaining the team in the summer of 2025. His primary responsiblities include roster construction, overseeing athletes from all three NCAA Divisions, in-game strategy, and community engagement.
Off the field, Endy supports student-athletes beyond athletics—helping with course registration, internships, and mental health support. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he is committed to fostering inclusive environments for growth and success.
Morales brings unique baseball experience, having played in Division I and II and coached for three seasons in Division III. Experience at all NCAA levels will allow him to provide the best college experiences for his athletes on and off the field. He prides himself on building strong relationships with his student-athletes and forming a bond that goes beyond the baseball field.
Coach Morales currently resides in Franklin, Massachusetts.
