SPRINGFIELD, Mass.- The Dean College Bulldogs women's cross country squad finished 14th out of 24 teams at the Golden Bear Invitational on Saturday. The University of New England, Endicott, and SUNY Delhi rounded out the top three of the race.

Dean was led by Emma Cotsonas (Jamestown, R.I.) with a time of 35:31. Next, Isabella Nitcschke finished at 35:53. Three minutes later, Violet Smith (Madison, N.J.) crossed the line at 38:33. Helen Sanford (Deerfield, Mass.) and Katherine Moody (Charlestown, Mass.) followed next, finishing at 40:05 and 43:22, respectively.

Next up for the Bulldogs is the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) championship, hosted by Norwich University in Northfield Vt. on Saturday November 2nd.
