NEW LONDON, Conn.- The Dean College Bulldogs women's volleyball squad dropped a Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) matchup the Colby-Sawyer Chargers on Friday night, falling 3-1 (23-25, 25-14, 25-15, 25-21).

Skylar Raskevitz (Easthampton, Mass.) to take the game. The Chargers responded, taking the next two sets by comfortable margins to wrestle back control of the match. The fourth and final set was a tightly contested battle, with the Bulldogs closing a 23-17 gap to 24-21, but eventually running out of time in the 25-21 defeat.
First-year
Maddy Seymour (Simbsbury, Conn.) led the Bulldogs with 11 kills and six digs. Senior
Emily Larouche (Agawam, Mass.) registered four kills and nine digs, while senior
Janai Price (Providence, R.I.) added a team high 21 digs. Raskevitz had 14 digs of her own, and senior
Anabella Driscoll (Plymoith, Mass.) provided 17 assists.
Dean (7-11 overall, 3-4 GNAC) is back in action on Wednesday for a GNAC battle with Rivier at 7:00 p.m. at home at in Pieri Gym.
