NORTHFIELD, Vt. – January 20, 2024 – The Dean College men's basketball team fell at Norwich, 95-66, in Saturday afternoon Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) play.
The Bulldogs (6-12, 2-5 GNAC) will look to rebound on Wednesday at Anna Maria. Norwich 11-6, 3-3 GNAC) hosts Colby-Sawyer on Wednesday.

Harlan Nichols (Las Vegas, Nev.) scored a season-high 20 points to lead the Bulldogs. Senior
AJ Weston (Kansas City, Mo.) was the other Dean player in double figures with 14 points. Senior
Jayden Madise (Palmdale, Calif.) brought down a game and season best 12 rebounds.
Kohlby Murray led five Norwich players in double figures with 17 points. Owen Liss added 16, while Joe Joe DuBrul scored 11. Rodrick Pearson grabbed a team-high 11 boards.
Dean jumped out to an early 6-2 lead, but Norwich found its rhythm with a 16-2 run over the next few minutes to take control and never look back. The Bulldogs were able to cut the lead to six once more before the home team pushed its advantage to 16 with 5:38 left in the half. That is where the lead would be at the break for the Cadets, 44-28.
Norwich continued to hold a comfortable lead in the second half thanks to 58.6% shooting from the floor and seven three-pointers to give the team 12 for the game.
