WEST HARTFORD, Conn. – September 23, 2023 – The Dean College women's volleyball team fell to both opponents at Saturday's Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) tri-match hosted by the University of Saint Joseph (CT). The Bulldogs were outlasted by the Blue Jays 3-2 before falling to Emmanuel 3-1.
Dean (3-10, 2-3 GNAC) returns home on Tuesday to host Curry at 7 p.m. USJ improves to 1-11 overall and 1-2 in the GNAC. Emmanuel goes to 6-3 overall and 1-0 in conference action.

Janai Price (Providence, R.I.) and senior
Sari Albury (Nassau, Bahamas) each had nine kills to lead the Bulldogs. Price added 11 digs, while Albury led all players with four blocks. Senior
Bella Driscoll (Plymouth, Mass.) had a match best 21 assists. Sophomore
Skylar Raskevitz (Easthampton, Mass.) tallied 12 digs. Junior
Rae Edwards (Westfield, Mass.) contributed four aces and five digs.

Caitlin Cooper (Amherst, N.H.) and junior
Emily Larouche (Agawam, Mass.) registered nine kills apiece to pace the Dean attack. Cooper hit an impressive .538 and added two blocks. Price collected eight kills and eight digs. Albury tallied seven kills, six digs and six blocks. Driscoll finished with 28 assists, while Raskevitz added 10 digs to her daily total.
