FRANKLIN, Mass. – November 28, 2023 – Six Dean College men's soccer student-athletes have been recognized as College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® selections.

The 2023 Academic All-District® Men's Soccer Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes soccer honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA — for each gender.

Senior Sean Doherty (Chelmsford, Mass.), senior Luke Palmer (Windsor Locks, Conn.) and junior Bennett Walsh (Springfield, Mass.) were honored for the second year in a row. Sophomore Seamus Doherty (Chelmsford, Mass.), senior Alberto Gonzalez Del Rio (Madrid, Spain) and sophomore Jake Richard (Townsend, Mass.) earned their first CSC academic recognition.

Academic All-District® honorees advance to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced in December.
