FRANKLIN, Mass. – November 16, 2023 – Three Dean College football student-athletes have earned All-Eastern Collegiate Football Conference (ECFC) First Team accolades to highlight this year's end of season awards.
Senior tight end
Jordan Mason (Stockbridge, Ga.) was voted to the All-ECFC First Team Offense, while senior defensive lineman
Austin Roy (Blackstone, Mass.) and sophomore defensive back
Andrew Liverman (Union City, N.J.) landed on the All-ECFC First Team Defense.

Representing the Bulldogs on the All-ECFC Second Team Offense includes first-year offensive lineman
Jahden Jean-Baptiste (Cranston, R.I.), first-year wide receiver
Dy'riece Smith (Boston, Mass.) and junior wide receiver
Jalen Smith (San Francisco, Calif.). First-year linebacker
Kevin Smith Jr. (Liberty City, Fla.) and first-year defensive back
Isaac Dorlean (Miramar, Fla.) were named to the All-ECFC Second Team Defense.
First-year quarterback
Isaac Sisneros (Littleton, Colo.) earned Honorable Mention recognition.
Mason picked up his third straight All-ECFC First Team award as the league's top tight end. He led the Bulldogs and the conference with 57 receptions. His 5.7 receptions per game currently rank 61st in the nation. He also led the team with 511 receiving yards and 51.1 yards per game. Mason ranked fourth among ECFC receivers in those categories.
Roy earned his first nod to the All-ECFC First Team as one of the conference's best defensive linemen. He led Dean and the ECFC with seven sacks. He currently ranks 53rd in Division III in that category. Roy also currently ranks t-5th in the nation with four forced fumbles which led the team and the ECFC. He finished the season with 55 tackles, 34 solo tackles and 21 assists. He ranked seventh in the ECFC in solo and 14th in total tackles. Roy earned one ECFC Defensive Player of the Week award and was named to the D3football.com Team of the Week after week one.
Liverman turned in an impressive first season as a Bulldog to earn his first All-ECFC recognition. He led the team and the conference in tackles (85), tackles per game (8.5), solo tackles (50) and pass breakups (7). He was the only ECFC player with more than 80 tackles. Nationally, Liverman currently ranks 81st in total tackles and 50th in solo tackles. Liverman earned the conference's final regular season Defensive Player of the Week award after compiling a season-high of 18 tackles against Alfred State, which ranked t-11th for the most tackles in a single game in Division III. He also earned a Special Teams Player of the Week honor after returning a kickoff 78 yards for a touchdown against Anna Maria.
Dy'riece Smith recorded four receiving touchdowns, 26 catches and 364 receiving yards. He was second on Dean and fifth in the ECFC in yards, while his four TDs ranked fourth in the conference. Among ECFC receivers, he ranked fifth in yards per game (36.4) and seventh in receptions. Smith earned one ECFC Rookie of the Week award.
Jalen Smith was second on the team with 27 catches, third with 329 receiving yards and second with a couple of touchdowns. He finished the season strong with 20 catches and both of his scores in the team's four ECFC games. Smith ranked sixth among conference players in receptions, seventh in receiving yards and seventh in receiving yards per game (32.9).
Kevin Smith Jr. posted the second most tackles on the team with 69. He ranked t-3rd in the conference in tackles and third in assists with 38. His 6.9 tackles per game ranked fourth in the ECFC. He added a couple of pass breakups. Smith Jr. was named an ECFC Rookie of the Week earlier this season.
Jean-Baptiste helped the offensive line in protection for a passing attack that ranked second in the conference with 185.8 yards per game and third with 13 passing touchdowns.
Dorlean played in nine games in his first season. He tallied 17 tackles and broke up three passes. He ranked third on the team and t-10th with his three pass breakups.
Sisneros played in eight games in his first year with the Bulldogs. He led the team with 94 completions, 1,049 passing yards and seven passing touchdowns. Sisneros ranked third in each category among ECFC quarterbacks.
