THE LEAD:
Bay Path scored three second half goals in a ten-minute span and the host Wildcats posted a 3-1 win over Dean College in New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) women's soccer action on Saturday morning.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
The Bulldogs got on the board first in the 12th minute when Mackenzie Parisee (East Freetown, Mass.) recorded her second goal of the season at 11:35.

Bay Path came out of halftime and found the back of the net when Jai Ruiz knotted the game at 60:35 on the clock off a well-placed corner kick by junior defender Christina Correa. Ruiz added the go-ahead marker with help from Jennifer Wilson.

Jenna St. Jean then came off the bench and scored an insurance goal for the Wildcats at 70:41.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
The Wildcats held a 24-11 advantage on shots and an 8-2 difference in corner kicks. Macy Parisee (East Freetown, Mass.) made eight saves in goal for Dean.

The Bulldogs are back in action on Tuesday when they host Nichols College at 3:30 p.m.
