THE LEAD:
Fisher College scored four straight goals – two in each half – and the visiting Falcons improved to 6-2 with their 4-1 win over Dean College in non-league women's soccer action on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
The Falcons wasted little time getting on the board as Julia Schojan found the back of the net with help from Will Memeus less than seven minutes into the contest.

Delaney McNulty doubled the Fisher advantage when she recorded an unassisted marker in the 32nd minute.

Now ahead 2-0, Schojan and Memeus combined for two goals in the first five minutes of the second half to put the game away.

Dean did get on the scoreboard in the 60th minute when Alison Nelson (Candia, N.H.) deposited her team-leading fourth goal of the season at 59:33.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
The shot total was pretty even as the Falcons held a slight advantage (19-18) and the corner kicks were dead even at five each.

Memeus ended with a goal and two assists, while Schojan registered two goals and an assist.

Macy Parisee (East Freetown, Mass.) finished with seven saves in net for the Cardinal and White, while Paige Ciavarro turned aside six shots for Fisher.

UP NEXT:
The Bulldogs are back in action on Wednesday when they play host to Lesley University in a NECC matchup. First touch is slated for 4:00 p.m.
