Kolby Reggione

  • Title
    Assistant Coach | Recruiting Coordinator
Kolby Reggione enters his first season as Recruiting Coordinator and Assistant Coach for the Dean College baseball program, bringing a dynamic mix of collegiate playing experience, high-level coaching pedigree, and a championship mindset to the Bulldogs.

A four-year player at Keene State College, Reggione was a dependable catcher for the Owls. His time behind the plate in the competitive Little East Conference sharpened his game-calling instincts, defensive acumen, and leadership under pressure. His career was highlighted with the honor of catching 10th-round MLB draft pick, Cody Dube.

Reggione’s coaching journey began under former Major League player Scott Chiasson with the CT Hurricanes, where he served as an 18U Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for six years. In that role, he honed his ability to identify talent, build player-coach relationships, and guide athletes toward collegiate opportunities.

Most recently, he was an Assistant Coach for the Norwich Sea Unicorns in the Futures Collegiate Baseball League. There, he served as first base coach while leading hitter development and infield instruction. His efforts aided the team in their deep playoff run, eventually being crowned the 2025 Futures League Champions. His hands-on approach helped drive both individual growth and team success at the summer collegiate level.

A graduate of Keene State College with a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health Applied Sciences, Reggione combines technical knowledge with a passion for player safety and performance optimization.
