HOW IT HAPPENED:
Dean struck first, scoring in the thirteenth minute when Davonn Smith (Lowell, Mass.) scored off a pass from Reinorf Kusi (Mattapan, Mass.) to give the Bulldogs the early lead.

Dean's advantage held through halftime as both teams took five shots before the break.

Maine Farmington evened the score in the 64th minute when Hunter Michaud scored unnassisted.  Five minutes later, the Beavers struck again to take a 2-1 lead when Jon Randolph finished a pass from Cade McHugh.

The Bulldogs could not crack the Maine-Farmington defense down the stretch, and the visitors held on for the 2-1 conference victory.
