THE LEAD:
Geoff Stillman
and Alex Rodriguez each had two hits and three RBI and regional power Trinity College extended their winning streak to ten games with a 16-0 win over Dean College in non-league baseball action on Tuesday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
The Bantams wasted little time getting on the board as they pushed five runs across in the first off of Bulldog starter Tyler McAloon (Berkley, Mass.) highlighted by a two-run double by Ben Reinisch.

After Trinity scored a single run in the second, Dean held them off the board until the sixth when they scored six runs – five of which came on a two-run homerun by Rodriguez and three-run blast from Stillman.

The Bulldogs were only able to cobble together six hits – two of them off of the bat of Brian Hadden (Newburyport, Mass.).

Dean used seven pitchers, with McAloon taking the loss, while the Bantams got five innings from starter Jimmy Fahey.

UP NEXT:
Dean is off until Saturday when they host Mitchell College in an NECC doubleheader slated to begin at 12:00 PM.
