Top 20 Finishes Push Men's Cross Country To Fourth Place Finish

Chicopee, Mass. – Led by strong finish from Ross Rubin (Annadale, Va.), the Dean College men's cross country team turned in a fourth place team performance at the Elms College Blazer Invitational.

  • Rubin just missed a top ten performance with an 11th place showing over the 8K layout (31:55.6).
  • Matt Alport (Glen Rock, N.J.) had a top 20 effort, collecting an 18th place finish (33:40.7).
  • Robert Shelley (Minot, Maine) put three Bulldogs in the top 20 with his 20th place effort (34:09.7).
  • Cameron Barnes (Haverhill, Mass.) ended in 32nd place (39:12.7).
  • Hunter White (Sherborn, Mass.) was the next Dean finisher in 35th place (39:43.0)
  • Freshman Ian Boudreau (Shirley, Mass.) crossed the finish line in 37th place (40:53.7).
  • Another freshman, Jabray Griffin (Orlando, Fla.) was 39th (41:28.9).
  • Sophomore Sebastian Wisnivesky (Scarsdale, N.Y.) completed the course in 54:55.8, good for 48th place.
  • Freshman LaReginald Pressley (Middletown, Conn.) churned out a 52nd place showing (1:06.18).
