THE LEAD
Two goals from freshman standout Felipe Campos (Barnstable, Mass.) propelled the Bulldogs to a 3-0 victory at Southern Vermont on Saturday.  The win improves Dean to 10-0-2 on the year and keeps the Bulldogs undefeated in NECC play.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Campos started the scoring in the 23rd minute, finding the back of the net from six yards out on a feed from Yuri Mascarenhas (Praia, Cape Verde) to give the visitors a 1-0 lead.  Forty five minutes later, Campos headed home a rebound off a Pepe Vieira (Brockton, Mass.) shot to give Dean the 2-0 lead.  An own goal from Southern Vermont in the 81st minute capped the scoring and gave Dean the 3-0 victory.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS
Dean dominated the box score, outshooting Southern Vermont 18-2 and holding a 7-1 edge in corner kicks.  Nathan Silveira (East Providence, R.I) got the shutout win in goal without having to make a save.

Campos' goals were his team leading tenth and eleventh of season.  Vieira's assist was his team-leading sixth.  Silveira is now 7-0-2 in goal with six shutouts.
