Men's Basketball To Participate In White Ribbon Campaign On February 14th

The Dean College Men's Basketball team will host the White Ribbon Campaign at halftime of the home contest against Becker College on Wednesday, February 14th.  This will be the third consecutive year that the Bulldogs are hosting the event.

White Ribbon is the world's largest movement of men and boys working to end violence against women and girls, promote gender equity, healthy relationships and a new vision of masculinity. Since its inception in Toronto in 1991, The White Ribbon Campaign has spread to over 60 countries around the world. White Ribbon asks men to wear white ribbons as a sign of their pledge to never commit, condone or remain silent about violence against women and girls.

At halftime, male members of the Dean College community will take the pledge and commit their support.  The event is sponsored by B.R.A.V.E (BULLDOGS RISE Advocates For Violence Education) and SAAC (Student Athlete Advisory Committee).
